At Mr.Gadget Solutions Ltd trading as My Engraved Jewellery, each personalised item is custom-made to your specific requirements. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Personalised Products

Due to the custom nature of personalised jewellery, engraved products are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect spelling, names, dates, or messages submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Personal preference regarding font style, engraving placement, size, or design choices
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect customisation details

Please carefully review all engraving information before completing your purchase.

We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund If:

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • We made an engraving error different from what you submitted

  • Description of issue
  • Photos where applicable

Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • They are unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before engraving production begins.

Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
